Obama’s Plans for Israel
Monday, July 27th, 2015 | Author:

As indicated previously here, Obama has nefarious plans for Israel… he is working to fulfill Reverend Wright’s and Louis Farrakhan wishes for the Jews.  Evidently, there are others that think this way:

Democrats and Revisionism
Thursday, July 23rd, 2015 | Author:

It’s a crazy world with Democrats leading historical revisionism. According the the Leftists, Thomas Jefferson is now a bad guy…  Based on their criteria, I suppose the next step is to change the name “Washington DC” to “Sharpton DC”.

Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson are history in Connecticut. Under pressure from the NAACP, the state Democratic Party will scrub the names of the two presidents from its annual fundraising dinner because of their ties to slavery.

Liberal Jews and Israel
Wednesday, July 22nd, 2015 | Author:

My sampling says that Leftism is the religion of Liberal Jews in America — free abortion, pay equality, gay marriage, black lives matter, etc.  These are the issues that are important to them.   There is little to no interest in the tenets of Judaism or life in Israel.  In fact, to demonstrate their ‘love’ of the Leftist religion, Liberal Jews are frequently in a position of being enemy to the Jewish homeland… Comments from Michael Oren, former Israeli Ambassador to the United States:

[I] could not help questioning whether American Jews really felt as secure as they claimed. Perhaps persistent fears of anti-Semitism impelled them to distance themselves from Israel and its often controversial policies. Maybe that was why so many of them supported Obama, with his preference for soft power, his universalist White House [Passover] seders, and aversion to tribes.

Unprecedented Tyranny
Monday, July 20th, 2015 | Author:

More fun under the Manchurian Marxist Moslem… You can start to appreciate why the modern Tea Party has a great appeal across the country:

We have now entered a time in America when citizens can be labeled as “political dissident” and targeted by their own government for harassment and prosecution.  Abuse that formerly only went on in places like China, Russia, and Iran has repeatedly happened right here within the USA. This is not the nation we used to know and love.

How Facts Change…
Friday, July 17th, 2015 | Author:

Excerpt from the book Half-Life of Facts:

Facts change all the time. Smoking has gone from doctor recommended to deadly. Meat used to be good for you, then bad to eat, then good again; now it’s a matter of opinion. The age at which women are told to get mammograms has increased. We used to think that the Earth was the center of the universe, and our planet has since been demoted. I have no idea any longer whether red wine is good for me. And to take another familial example, my father, a dermatologist, told me about a multiple-choice exam he took in medical school that included the same question two years in a row. The answer choices remained exactly the same, but one year the answer was one choice and the next year it was a different one.

Are You Paying the University?
Friday, July 17th, 2015 | Author:

Some interesting observations:

America’s universities are collapsing into a miasma of nihilism, postmodernism, political correctness, multiculturalism, affirmative action, bureaucratization, and skyrocketing costs—and no one seems able to do anything about it.  With the exception of a few “Great Books” colleges, the overarching vision of higher education that once sustained the West for centuries seems all but dead.
