An article in New Scientist details that a man’s potential aggression is revealed in the shape of his face… A study of male ice-hockey players (of course!) suggests that to gauge a man’s aggression levels, you just have to look at the proportions of his face. The researchers claim that faces with a larger width-to-height ratio have higher levels of testosterone, which in turn is linked to aggressive behavior.
Hmmm… I’ll have to keep a measuring tape with me the next time I pick a fight in a downtown bar.
