According to an article in the Orlando Sentinel, the Orlando Magic and the NBA have barred a fan from attending any basketball games based on an incident where the fan called Houston Rockets center Dikembe Mutombo a “monkey”. Hmm… I suppose I’ll have to wait to learn more about what actually transpired, but this certainly appears to be a rather tame catcall to warrant barring a fan from the stands.
