Missy and I visited Carillon Park on Sunday and toured the various sites associated with the history of Dayton, Ohio. We observed the techniques used on the Linotype printing machines; we saw the old rail cars made by Barney & Smith; and, of course, we checked out the original Wright Flyer III. In addition, we strolled over to the new Carillon Brewery for dinner, where we sampled some of their special craft beers that they make using brewing methods from the 1850s.
