Well, it’s official. We dropped Leonard off in Pittsburgh to start his college days at Carnegie Mellon University…
We attended the 3 Dog Night concert at the Fraze this weekend with the Seaman’s and the Gilberts… Since I’ve raised my sons listening to “my music”, they also came along to hear some of their favorite songs.
The concert was relatively brief (about 1 hour 20 minutes), but “six cat day” can still belt out some of those great songs from 40 years ago…

No, I’m not having some theological hallucinations about angels… I’m talking about the US Navy Blue Angels flying team. During the Dayton Air Show this weekend, the jets will often fly directly over my house (I live less than 10 minutes south of the Air Show) during their wide, low-level sweeps. Thus, I swung out my handy Canon Digital Rebel XT and used some high-speed snaps to capture these shots of the F-18s near my house…
