China and Russia Stealing U.S. Intellectual Property

It’s interesting to note that the two Communist powers, China and Russia, were identified as the top thieves of American movies, music. and software.  US sources said that Moscow should be denied World Trade Organization membership until it does more to end the theft. China and Russia together were responsible for $4 billion in U.S. business losses in 2005 due to illegal copies of copyrighted material, according to the Congressional International Anti-Piracy Caucus.
