Collaboration with Suppliers is not Really Happening

Surprise, surprise…  The Supply Chain Consortium came out with a report that indicates the collaboration with suppliers is not really happening.  The survey found that 67% of participants impose financial penalties on suppliers and 55% reduce order volumes with suppliers due to poor performance. On the other hand, 58% of the same companies rate their compliance programs as ineffective or only marginally effective.
