I don’t know about you, but I certainly feel that my local weatherman can’t predict the snow that’s supposed to come tomorrow. Thus, I’m very skeptical when people exclaim: “The debate is over. We humans are causing global warming and it’s a catastrophe in waiting.”
Well, it appears that scientists much more talented than I (with expertise in meteorology) have come to the same conclusion. Researchers from the University of Rochester and the University of Alabama note about climate change:
“The inescapable conclusion is that human contribution is not significant and that observed increases in carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases make only a negligible contribution to climate warming,”
They indicate that climate changes are most likely caused by variations in the solar wind and associated magnetic fields that affect the flux of cosmic rays incident on cloudiness, and thereby control the amount of sunlight reaching the earth’s surface (By the way, the media folks call these gentlemen “climate warming deniers”).
Note: I strongly believe that Al Gore is one of the most narcissistic humans to tread the face of the earth. His reason for leading the “world is coming to an end” is so he can elevate himself above president to “chief of the planet”.
