Well, well. I’m certainly not surprised. The Obama administration behaved like a banana republic and operated with impunity.
It’s now become public that most of the Obama enablers lied to Congress and the American citizens:
Last week, CNN revealed (and excused) one phase of the Obama spying operation on Trump. After lying about it on MSNBC, Susan Rice admitted unmasking the identities of Trump officials to Congress.

Desperate Obama cronies had figured out that they could bypass many of the limitations on the conventional investigations of their political opponents by ‘laundering’ them through national security.
…
When we learn the whole truth (if we ever do), we will likely discover that Obama Inc. assembled a motley collection of different technically legal pretexts to spy on Trump’s team. Each individual pretext might be technically defensible. But together they add up to the crime of the century.
Do you think that there will be any repercussions? Don’t hold your breath…

It’s interesting that none of the mainstream media outlets has elected to say a word about this emerging story:
A new report by Circa News details how the National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely spied on Americans, violating their privacy protections and the agency’s own database safeguards.
…
On Monday, Circa also reported that under Director John Brennan the CIA became the largest consumer of unmasked intelligence on Americans of all of the intelligence agencies, even though its charter prohibits it from spying on U.S. citizens.

I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised that the mainstream media is ignoring this story. Nevertheless, Sheryl Attkinsson has done a nice job putting together the timeline of the Obama administration’s involvement in the unlawful targeting of Americans.

The emerging story about the Obama administration, and its use of the federal bureaucracy to spy on Republicans, is going to make Watergate seem like child’s play. Naturally, there is nothing but obfuscation and diversion being played by the mainstream media and the Democrats:

But in a stunning piece of video, a former Obama official who went on to advise the Hillary Clinton campaign essentially confirmed that she was urging the previous administration to abuse intelligence on the Trump people. Evelyn Farkas, former deputy assistant secretary of defense, told Mika Brzezinski earlier this month: “I was urging my former colleagues and, frankly speaking, the people on the Hill, it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can, before President Obama leaves the administration. Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left, so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy. That the Trump folks – if they found out how we knew what we knew about… the Trump staff dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”
