Is it possible to have an overdose of basketball?
I’ve seen enough NCAA basketball in the last 3 days to last me a lifetime… We attended the 2 second round games in Columbus on Sunday, and watched an exciting match-up of Tennessee versus Virginia. Since two of the teams have Jewish head coaches (Tennessee – Bruce Pearl, Virginia Tech – Seth Greenberg), we considered this to be the “Hebrew” second round.
Most people probably missed the observation about the color orange at the NCAA games at Nationwide Arena… Interestingly, Illinois, Virginia, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech all prominently feature orange in their school colors. Thus, it was often difficult to determine who was who.
