A few little-known facts about that insidious organization known as PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals):
1) PETA’s overall goal is “total animal liberation.” This means no meat, no milk, no zoos, no circuses, no pets, and so on!
2) PETA has given tens of thousands of dollars to convicted arsonists and other violent criminals to help “blow stuff up and smash windows” which PETA considers “a great way to bring about animal liberation.
3) PETA runs campaigns calculated to offend religions. One PETA website is devoted to the claim that Jesus Christ was a vegetarian.
4) PETA has repeatedly attacked research foundations such as the American Cancer Society, because they support animal-based research.
